- The production is supported especially by factory buildings including working and storing premises, roofed and free storing areas, handing areas and roads.
- The administration and management activities are supported especially by offices in the premises of factory buildings and a separate administration building.

To ensure the production, the Company specifies, provides and maintains production technologies, especially the following:
- Material splitting by chip cutting;
- Material splitting by clipping;
- Material splitting by plasma arc cutting;

- Material shaping by mechanic and hydraulic presses;

- Electric arc welding in controlled atmosphere;

Support Services
MANDÍK, a.s. uses DIALOG Information System, a highly powerful tool for management of production, material flow and store items. The tool is fully utilized in all production departments and levels.
Working Environment
MANDÍK, a.s. specifies and manages suitable working environments necessary to match eventual requirements on the products. The working environment of the Companys production premises is assessed in collaboration with outsourcing organisations in particular cases. Allowed values of eventual unwanted substances or noise levels have been set and unexceptionally maintained.
The Most Important Factors:
Lighting, heating and air-conditioning
- Working and storing premises, roofed and free storing areas, handling areas and roads are properly lit to ensure the production.
- Necessary workplace and store operational temperatures in factory buildings are assured by industrial heating with regulation for season impacts.
- Exposed workplaces are equipped by a local exhaustion, eventually the air-conditioning is designed universally for production workshops.
Radiation during welding
Separate welding workplaces are separated from each other by movable/immovable shields preventing propagation of luminous and ultraviolet radiation to the free space.
Noise and dust levels
In new production premises this issue was solved by a complete exhaustion of dust particles, air-conditioning and professional noise damping of exposed quarters.

MANDÍK, a.s. controls and thus determines necessary and established conditions of both production and pre-production working environments throughout all Companys production activities. Permissible load limits are specified and unexceptionally followed.
