MANDÍK, a.s., as the Vlastimil Mandík firms succession company has had a well-established quality system since 1998. In this space of time it went and still go through changes as a response on always challenging consumer standards and due to own Companys development.
1998 – SN EN ISO 9002:1995 implemented.
2000 – SN EN ISO 9001:1995 implemented (An own development background is available within the Company.)
2001 – EN ISO 9001:2001 and SN EN ISO 729-2:1996 implemented.
This system has been applied to date; currently a certification of KTA 1401n upgrade system due to demands of SIEMENS, AREVA and FRAMATOME realizations.
Established quality control system proves a conformity of all performed activities throughout the range of MANDÍK, a.s. activities with defined standards resulting from a collection of contractual basis, agreements, standard basis, other directive sand legislation requirements, especially on so-called Defined Products.
With regard to the range of MANDÍK, a.s. activities, the documentation ensuring the quality management system is processed in three documentation levels, whereas the first documentation level, Quality Guide and Rules of Organization, represents a documentation intended for contact and information concerning outer MANDÍK, a.s. environments.
MANDÍK, a.s. manages a development and production of own products belonging to the so-called Defined Products, thus subject to some of the government regulation, i.e. Law No. 22/1997 Coll., whose standards must be fulfilled and maintained.
MANDÍK, a.s. announces each change performed in the existing quality system to relevant authorized and/or notificated persons providing a regular supervision above manufactured Defined Products and established quality management system.
MANDÍK, a.s. makes use of modern quality control tools for support and continual improvement product efficiency and functionality, especially statistical methods and in-house management information system containing all information and evaluation data throughout the range of activities conducted by the Company.
