Air-condition unit Pecín
The air-technical and air-conditioning units of the series PECIN and sizes 6,10,16, 25 are assembling units with square-section meant for the central distribution and treatment of air in low- and high-pressure ventilating and heating systems. Each version of the complete functional unit can be assembled with connecting components of separate chambers what enables the building of special versions and atypes. The unites are meant for surroundings without risk of explosion and in the temperature range from -20°C to +40°C by relative air humidity of max. 80%.

Construction
The chambers are assembled with insulated profiles of galvanized sheet steel that are put in the corners together with the angle irons. The profiles are fixed with self-tapping screws in the angle irons. The jacketing is made of sandwich-panels with the thickness of 50 mm and with heat insulation of stone-wool filling (thermal resistance of the panel R = 1,4m2. K/W). The solid panels are fixed to the insulated chamber frame with the self-tapping screws. According to the chamber type there are attached removable panels with hinges and stoppers on the service side of the unit. The chamber is fixed to the supporting frame of the height of 150 mm. Optional can be also supplied the adjustable legs which gain the height of the chamber supporting frame up to 250 mm.
On the special request can be the jacketing supplied in varnished or rustproof version. Roofing of each chamber enables as well the outdoor using of units. Outlet and inlet openings of the units are equipped with elastic inserts with standard dimensions for connecting to the pipe. Service side of the unit for connecting of exchangers, electric power connections, connection of MaR sensors and service opening is Right or Left. The service side always corresponds to the door position and to the posi-tion of connecting flanges of exchangers at the looking at the inlet of the unit in the air flow direction.

Types of the chambers of the air-technical units PECIN

- Filtering chamber with pocket filters G3-F9 – filtering inserts are removable into the service side of unit after the door opening.
- Longitudinal ventilator chamber – equipped with diffusing sheet metal on the outlet for adjusting of air flow behind the ventilator. Approach to the chamber through the door on the service side.
- Outlet ventilator chamber – equipped with elastic insert on the outlet side of the chamber. Approach to the chamber through the door on the service side.
- Inlet ventilator chamber – equipped with elastic insert on the inlet side of the ventilator. Approach to the chamber through the door on the service side.
- Separate ventilator chamber – equipped with elastic insert on the inlet and also outlet side of the chamber. Approach to the chamber through the door on the service side.
All types of ventilator chambers have the drive of radial ventilator with belt drive from the three-phase asynchronous engine what enables any setting of the ventilator working point (supply pressure – flowing air volume).
- Free longitudinal chamber – equipped with removable panel on the service side.
- Free terminal chamber S – equipped with fixed panel on the service side.
- Free terminal chamber H – equipped with removable panel on the service side.
- Free terminal chamber D – equipped with removable panel on the service side.
- Water heating chamber – fixed panel with the mouth of exchanger tubes on the service side.
- Cooling chamber – equipped with water cooler or with direct evaporator. There is the tub for condensate outlet with siphon and drop separator in the standard supply.
- Frost protection chamber – in the chamber cross-section is installed the capillary of frost protection thermostat. The chamber is placed directly behind the water heater and prevents its freezing. There is a removable panel for easy removal of thermostat frame with the capillary on the service side.
- Chamber with coulisse silencer – the coulisses are removable from the service side. The chamber is equipped with removable panel on the service side.
- Chamber with evaporative air moistening – water evaporation enables the air moistening together with its adiabatic cooling. The chamber is equipped with the drop eliminator and works without water circulating pump. There is a removable panel for easy approach during cleaning and service fixed on the service side of the chamber. It is supplied in three variants with the effectivity of 65%, 85% and 95%.
- Chamber with air gas heater - works with natural gas overpressure burners CUENOD.
Alternatively can be used the burners WEISHAUPT, RIELLO, INTERCAL, OLYMP.
The chamber is equipped with venting chimney.
We recommend the outdoor placement of it.
- Flap chamber with two flaps – in the combination H (upper)/D (lower) or possible version only with one flap H or D.
- Flap chamber with two flaps – in the combination H (upper)/ S (side) or D/S.
- Flap chamber with one flap S. All flap chambers are equipped with removable panel on the service side. Any panel on the chambers can miss and so it is possible to build with the combination of two flap chambers a mixing box at the sets meant for air inlet and outlet.
- Whole-area control flap – set on the beginning or end of the unit. Operated by a servo-motor BELIMO.
- Whole-area damping insert - set on the beginning or end of the unit.
- Whole-area rain cover – set on the beginning or end of the unit.
- Chamber with plate exchanger for ZZT with the control flap and bypass – the chamber is equipped with the drop eliminator, the tub with siphon for condensate outlet on the outlet line.
