Characteristic of products

Airtechnical and airconditioning ceiling units of line Pecín sizes 2 and 4 are fitted units of a rectangular section determinated for central distribution and treatment of air in low – pressure and middle – pressure ventilating and heating systems. Single versions of all function complex (unit) is possible to fit with help of connecting elements from single chamber blocks. It enables to create a version in accordance with the costomer´s wish, including a version of unit with a heat recuperation with help of the board exchanger. Units are determined into the inner environment without the danger of explosion in the temperature range in the surrounding of the unit from -20°C to +40°C with a relative air-humidity to 80%.

Construction

Chambers are fitted from self-supporting insulated sandwich panels of thickness 25mm. The insulating material is PUR foam (heat resistance of the panel R = 1,21 m².K/W). Servicing side is from the bottom. There are movable panels, made from the same material as the housing , fastened to the chamber with clamping devices. Movable panels provide the access for servicing and inspection. Then chamber is fitted up with suspension brackets for hanging under the ceiling of the room. By request can be produced a chamber in an atypical way with a servicing side on the top for placing on the floor.

Standardly is the housing of the chamber supplied in a white varnished version. By request can be carried out any colour tone RAL. Outlet and inlet holes of units are provided by flexible fitting pieces for connection to the duct.

Exchanger outlets, electric connections, condensate drain, let us say connecting of sensors MaR are placed in the side, on the left or right side of the unit housing.

Left or right version of the unit is determined by position of these outlets and connections with view into the suction of the unit in direction of the air flow.

Types of ceiling units PECÍN

1. Section dimensions of units
2. Ventilator block – Drive of the radial, low – pressure vantilator from the electric motor via the V-belt. Ventilator is placed together with the motor on elastic vibration insulators. Access to the unit is from the bottom side via the movable panel.
3. Block with a link silencer – links can be removed from the servicing side after taking off the movable panel.
4. Filtration block with frame filters G4 to F7, filters can be removed from the bottom side of the unit (movable panel).
5. Block with a board exchanger for ZZT (for size Pecín 2 only). Is provided by the water drops eliminator, rustfree tanks for the condensate draining – outlets are provided by the siphon. In accessories is supplied a summer fitting piece for the summer operating of the exchanger.
6. Heating block – with water heating.The heater in version with copper pipes and aluminium fins. Water heater with number of lines 3,4 or 5.
7. Heating block – with electric heater. Electric immersion heaters are devided in two sections. Electric connection is taken out to the side of the unit.
8. Cooling block – with a water or a direct cooler. Cooler in version with copper pipes and aluminium fins. Water cooler and evaporator with number of lines 6, 7 or 8.
9. Block with filter, cooler and water heating.
10. Block with filter, cooler and electric heating.
11. Block with filter, electric heating and ventilator.
12. Block with filter, water heating and ventilator.
13. Block with filter and ventilator.
14. Allover regulation valve – is placed at the beginning or end of the unit. Controlled by a servodrive Belimo.
15. Allover damping fitting piece – is placed at the beginning or end of the unit.
