Gas air heating units Monzun

Gas units Monzun are determined for air heating, eventually for ventilating of rooms and industrial halls. In term of the gas device we speak about open or closed consumers with forced combustion air exhaust. Units are equipped with a complete regulation with automatics that secures safe operation. They are produced in an output line and in several modifications in accordance with the required function and purpose.

Supplied output line 15-93kW

With operating costs lowering is vera important the regulation. We offer three types of regulations for our units.

  • 1-level regulation: Units VH,CV - E with the one-level output operate in mode set on set off.
  • 2-level regulation: Units VH,CV - ED with the two-level output operate in mode max - min set off.
  • 3-level regulation: Units VH,CV - EM with the fluently modulated output in range max - min set off.

Advantages of usage of modulated regulation

The heating system is designed on so-called calculating temperature. This temperature (generally -15, -12OC) are only a few days in a year. This implies, that most of the heating season is system overlarged. That leads to cycling of units increased load, property overheating increased consumption. The regulation fluently modulates the output of the unit so not to come to exceeding of adjusted temperature. Smooth operating without frequent setting on and setting off of units secures max. comfort in the staying zone with a lower consumption of gas which with increasing prices of gas markedly helps to lower costs on the property heating.

Monzun VH/CV

Version VH with an axial ventilator determined for local heating is produced in an output line from 15 kW to 81 kW with an air flow 1300 to 7500 m3/h. Version CV with a radial ventilator determined for heating, is produced in an output line from 15 kW to 93 kW with an air flows 1300 to 9000 m3/h. On this version is can be connected the air-technical distribution. Units VH/CV in two-level and moudlation version are provided with a regulator of ventilator revolutions that secures the constant temperature of heated air.

MONZUN VH/CV - RTI

Air-technical gas units Monzun VH/CV-RTI ate determined for ventilating and ecological heating of rooms and hall with heated air. Version VH-RTI with axial ventilator determined for ventilation, eventually for local heating, is producen in an output line from 15 kW to 81,2 kW with an air flow 1200 to 6000 m3/h. The mixing chamber at version VH is occupied by filtration cloth at class filtration G2. Version CV-RTI with radial ventilator determined for ventilation, eventually central heating is produced in an output line from 15 kW to 92,8 kW with an air flow 1300 to 8000 m3/h. To this version can be connected the air-technical dust and eventually the intake point of units can be occupied with filters. All units VH/CV-RTI are equipped with the regulator of revolutions which secures the constant temperature of air at the exit. Units are at the intake equipped with the mixing chamber stepped with regulation valves for adjusting of chosen outside and circulatory air ratio in range 0 to 100%.

Euroklim and equipment

Gas heaters Monzun CV-Euroklim are determined into the air-technical setups and airconditioning units as a heating unit for air heating. They are supplied in aan output line from 15 kW to 93 kW in version with modulated output in range of minimal and maximal value. This device is not equipped with its own air ventilator.

Destratificator

 

-20 % lowers costs on heating

  • Not to come up to high temperature drop between upper and lower part of the space thereby non-effective heating, the destratificators are installed into the room that secure forced flow of heated air down.
  • Destratificator is equipped with a thermoregulator that operates the ventilator run.
