TVOM - Damping Pad

Dimensions in mm, weights in kg.
These specifications stipulate the line of production sizes and versions for "DISK VALVES" (further only VALVES) TVPM for the intake of air and TVOM for the output of air ø 80, 100,125, 150, 160, 200. They are valid for production, design, ordering, delivery, assembly, operation and maintenance.

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Description

The valves are an end component meant for distributing the air in ventilated or air-conditioned areas. The continuous control of the amount of air taken in by the intake metal valves TVPM and the control of the amount of air taken off by the output metal valves TVOM is done by rotating the disk valves. After taking out the body of the valve from the casing, the position set "s" is ensured by means of the check nut, and the valve can again be set into the casing. The bodies of the valves are set in casings and secured by bayonet closures.

2. Versions

2.1. The valves can be delivered in the following versions:

  • for the intake of air - TVPM
  • for the output of air - TVOM

2.2. The nozzles are meant for an environment protected against climatic influences of the category 3K5 according to ČSN EN 60 721-3-3, BNV areas according to ČSN EN 1127-1 and an AA4 environment according to ČSN 332000-3.

4. Positioning, assembly

4.1. The valves are meant for installing in ceilings, walls and other engineering structures.

4.2. For the even flow of air in the valves, it is necessary for the intake and output of air that the even section connecting the piping be at least 250 mm.

II. TECHNICAL DATA

5. Computation and determining quantities

V [m3.h-1] - through-flow volume of air for one valve
s [mm] - distance of the setting of the disk valve from 0 position
∆pc [Pa] - total pressure loss at ς = 1,2 kg.m-3
LWA [dB(A)] - level of acoustic power

7. Material, surface treatment

The bodies and disks of the valves are made of steel sheet with an epoxy-polyester coat of white paint RAL 9010. The casings of the valves are made of galvanized sheet.

IV. CHECKING, TESTING

8.1. The dimensions are checked by means of the usual measuring instruments used in air technology.

8.2. Intermediate operation checks of the parts and main dimensions are carried out according to the drawing documents.

8.3. After the plant assembly, a check of the functioning is carried out.

V. PACKING, TRANSPORT, TAKING OVER, STORAGE

9. The valves are shipped in bulk by covered means of transport. In agreement with the customer, it is possible to ship the valves on pallets or in crates. The valves must be protected against mechanical damage when handling during the time of transport and storage.

Should packaging material be used, it is non-returnable and its price is not included in the price of the valve. The manufacturer will charge a fee for the packaging material in agreement with the requirements of law 477/2001 Sb.

10. If the manner of take-over is not stated in the order, the handing over of the valves by the transporters will be considered as the take-over.

11. The valves must be stored in covered warehouses, in areas without aggressive vapors, gases and dust. In the warehouses, a temperature within the range of -5 to +40° C and a relative humidity of max. 80 % must be maintained.

12. The manufacturer grants a warrantee for the valves of 24 months from the date of shipment.

13. Within the delivery capacity, there is the complete disk valve.

VI. ASSEMBLY, SERVICE, MAINTENANCE, REVISION

14. The assembly consists of installing the valve in the air distribution system.
