VVM - Turbulent Air Outflow Outlet (adjustable fins)
Dimensions in mm, weight in kg.
These technical conditions introduce the range of manufactured sizes and modifications of outlets with turbulent discharge of air VVM 300, 400, 500, 600, 625, 825 (hereinafter outlets). The data apply for manufacturing, design, ordering, delivering, assembly and operation.
I. GENERAL
1. Description
Manually adjustable outlets VVM with vanes for diversion of air stream are terminal, air-handling elements for air distribution enabling an optimal direction of outlet air stream into climatized or ventilated rooms. Through a turbulent air outlet an intensive mixing with the present air in the room is achieved. Thus the speed and temperature of air are decreased. The outlets are suitable for up to approximately 30 times higher air exchange and for ceiling height from 2.6 to 4.0 m.
2. Design
As per the requirements, outlets are supplied with a square or round front panel.
The piping connection is made through a connection box, either from the upper part or from the side, with round connecting sockets. The box can be, if required, fitted with a regulation flap valve.
The front panels are provided with radial slots with regulation vanes for adjusting required direction of air stream.
Outlets are designed for macroclimatic areas with mild climate as per ČSN EN 60721-3-0, AA4 environment according to ČSN 33 2000-3, and BNV spaces according to ČSN 33 2320.

IV. MATERIAL, SURFACE PROTECTION
Front panels are made of steel sheet. The surface is coated with white baking varnish, shade number RAL 9010.
Vanes for regulation of air flow distribution are supplied in black as a standard. The vanes can be supplied in white, if this requirement is mentioned with the order.
Requirements for other shades of front panels have to be agreed with the manufacturer in advance.
The connection boxes are made of galvanized steel sheet.
V. PACKAGING, TRANSPORT, TAKE-OVER, STORAGE
Outlets are supplied packed in cardboard packaging with outer layer of contractable sheet. They are transported freely in bulk by common means of transport. If agreed with the manufacturer, outlets can be delivered on palettes.
If no method of take-over is mentioned in the order, handing the outlets over to the carrier will be considered as a take-over.
When handling during transport or storage, the outlets should be protected against mechanical damage and weather conditions. Outlets should be kept in closed stores IB:1 according to ČSN 03 8207, on a wooden floor or grate.
The manufacturer provides warranty of 18 months for outlets, from the date of putting into operation, but 24 months from the dispatch date as a maximum
